The check in process was very smooth, when we got in the house it appeared to be just as the listing claimed as far as appearance.First problem we ran into was the washing machine didn’t work right. We were on a vacation with multiple stops so we needed to wash our clothes. After a few texts that took about 3 hours I was offered the location of a laundromat and told she would pay for the cost of the laundromat if I provided a receipt.Second problem was that the floor was so dirty we had to wear shoes or socks to keep our feet clean.Third problem was the rug in the living room had the corner turned up so it was a tripping hazard.There were a couple other minor issues that weren’t a big deal, but all combined together made for a somewhat frustrating stay. After reaching out to the host again about these problems I was offered a 25 refund. Although the effort was appreciated, the refund amount wasn’t sufficient for the inconveniences we had.If these issues are resolved, this property will be a nice stay. If they aren’t resolved, it will only lead to other frustrated guests.
