The property was not a familly suit, it was a studio room , no balcony as promised in the details, no full kitchen. The sink garburator wasn't working, so we couldn't do the dishes. No coffee machine as promised. the freezer was completely frozen over. To say we were truly disappointed with the service, the owner never got back to us to help fix the problems of the room and still its non responsive to our call. I do not recommend this room

I had a wonderful stay at Signature at MGM Grand. I stay at this hotel every year for our annual convention. I love that the suites has a kitchen!
