The room condition was terrible, and the staff were incredibly rude and incompetent. I had to stay at this hotel for eight nights and seven days, and having to interact with them multiple times a day made my family very uncomfortable. I felt so sorry and embarrassed towards my family because I was the one who booked this place. This experience has left me with a negative trauma regarding travel.

We stayed for 4 nights Dec 29-Jan 2 and did not have housekeeping services during our stay. I verified with the front desk if we’re scheduled on the December 31st since housekeeping is every other day, and was told we’re on schedule for cleaning that day. However our we NOT CLEANED at all. I was told that our room was pushed to on the next day, January 1st- but our room still was not cleaned. Very disappointed with housekeeping services at this place.

Horrible stay, check in was 3pm, arrived at 5pm and the room was not ready. Worst is TV was not working at all, and when I called the front desk, they said there was no technician available and I had to just figure it out. Room was hot and AC would not stay on. Horrible Stay.

everything was great, other than the fact that they couldn't provide room keys to their guests. The front. desk had to come and open the rooms for all the guests. Breakfast was awesome and rooms were good.

We stayed 3 nights and only once someone came for cleaning and literally just threw fresh towels in room and took trash out, rest all was untouched, no cleaning, no bed sheets were changed. Keys were not working, we had to call someone every time we had to go in/out but they were very responsive but it was annoying. It's little far from strip and not walking distance

Room card key machine was broken for the entire 3 day trip. Without the card key, we need a hotel employee to open our room door every time. One night at 11pm, the alarm was ringing for 10 minutes everywhere in the hotel and had to evacuate the room. The couch in the living room was so dirty and the sofa bed was terrible. The electricity charging machines were all out of order in the parking.

Everything was good, staff friendly, hotel was clean but the breakfast was downgraded compared with our last visits. Last times we been there we had more options for breakfast. Even for coffee was just cream, no oat milk , no milk etc.
