Stunning property that met all my needs. I can’t wait to return to this hotel. This visit will live long in my memory. I particularly enjoyed being able to escape all the madness of the strip, but being close enough to return when needed. Food is of a particular high standard. Expensive, but delicious. It was a refreshing stay. Everyone was very kind and even the house cleaning staff greeted us. Very clean facility and the pool was amazing

Candid Review of Issues

Locked out of our room not once, not twice, but on three occasions. I was consequently forced to contact the front desk/customer service numerous times and had to wait outside - sometimes upwards of 30 minutes before before being let back in the room. Missed dinner reservations due to this, not to mention the sheer inconvenience relative to what I paid for my stay. This place purports to be a five star resort and checks several boxes if you ignore its price and view it as a standalone entity. However, there are far better hotels/resorts namely those closer to the actual heart of the strip itself which will be far less likely to manifest these same issues. Heed the warnings of others/lack of enthusiasm regarding this property and consider your options carefully.
