When we arrived, we found the sheets and a pillowcase were stained. They came and changed them within about an hour but didn’t offer any compensation. At check out, I asked for it, and they gave me a credit for the first night’s resort fee of $50. Nothing, and I mean nothing, was included in the room rate. No coffee or tea in the room. No airport shuttle. No complimentary water. The price includes the room and its essentials along with access to the pool, but many areas of the pool are reserved for an extra fee as well. The casino smells like cigarette smoke, which is gross, but all of Vegas is like that. Other than that, the bed was comfortable and the room was nicely appointed. I would not stay again though.

The property was beautiful. I think they need to let their guests know when EDC is in town. We were put on the pool side on the 68th floor and still heard the loud music until 4:30 am!! Momma was not happy. Being more considerate of that and letting us stay on the opposite side would have been appreciated. That was our only complaint.

Wow, wow, wow brand new property with amazing service. 4th time in Vegas first in the FountainBlue but definitely the most memorable time in Vegas. Only thing that would have made the stay better was that they opened the larger pool during the day. If Im paying top dollar for a stay I want full access not limited access .

The property is very nice. Security and service are top notch. Not much around property compared to other strip locations unless you count the convention hall. Food options are wide ranging. The bathroom shower was the low point.
