Beautiful hotel, pools and spa. My only disappointment were the limited food options. No restaurant open at 10:30 pm except for a to-go deli that was not good. I thought this was Vegas. Not all restaurants opened during standard hours. Some were closed certain days of the week. Besides the deli, other restaurants I tried were excellent. Definitely try the steakhouse.

Check in took too long. Woman who checked us in not overly friendly, not welcoming. Our room was large, spacious, beds were comfortable. Towels were plush and clean. Many seating options in the room. The pool was amazing. Well thought out, plenty of room for everyone to swim. Get there early to get loungers. Housekeeping was not good. They did the bare minimum. Server at pool was not friendly and did not care about anything. Bartenders at Bleau Bar were very nice and friendly, made great drinks. Corey and Shawn specifically. The hotel is far from everything. We spent a lot on cabs going back and forth. This was a beautiful hotel but will stay in a more centrally located resort next time.

The staff were not helpful as we were met with resistance to our room not being cleaned. We brought our family for a vacation to find vomit stains on our bed that was “supposed to be cleaned”. When calling to verify the amount of charges placed on my card- the staff member I spoke with was extremely rude and condescending. For an establishment that was recently opened only 1.5 years ago- the baseboards were filthy, mold was present in the shower, the walls were unkept. Will not be staying here again.

You have to ask for everything and almost everything is chargeable, even wine glasses which you requested to your suite. It never happened in other 5 stars hotels.
