Nice Place w/ a Few Issues

The check in process was very poor. My wife went there a day before me and for some reason my her name wasn’t included on registration at the front desk so they wouldn’t let her in. They host wasn’t picking up when we called so we had to call VRBO customer service to contact him it. It took over an hour and a half but she finally got in. This should be an easy fix for the host, but it needs to be fixed. Our other issue was the toilet wasn’t working well. If you flushed it once, it wouldn’t flush again for about 10 minutes. We contacted the host and he said maintenance would come fix it but they never did. This is also something that can easily be fixed but it wasn’t for us which is why I gave the rating I did. If these issues get fixed it can easily be a five star experience.
