The staff were all super friendly. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Nice size fridge with a small freezer. We didn’t eat breakfast so can’t rate the quality of that experience

We had issues with the room. The TV did not work and the phone did not work. When we went down to let them know, it was not working. They were not at the desk and we ended up having to call them and finally showed up. Then they never did fix the TV or phone and locked us out of our room because they found out the hot water didn’t work and we couldn’t stay in our rooms. We ended up just saying give us a refund for the second night and just went home. The staff at least the person who checked us in was great really appreciate her. But the hotel really needs to work on its facility and room care.

My stay was good. However the bar/ restaurant does you no favors. Made to feel unwelcome by the drunk bartender. Insured that I will never stay in Boulder City anytime in the near future. Definitely not a chamber of commerce evening.

Breakfast is always the same for the 4days that we stayed, Our room is outdated, the staff never change our beddings for four nights that we stayed there, even if I asked 2times, the bedsheet has holes from almost reaping off, probably very old already. But other than that the location is very convenient going to Hoover dam, Grand Canyon and valley of fire 🔥 also their parking lot has lots of spaces
