new refrigerator, stove and washer / dryer), (Exterior: a new fun activity is our miniature golf in the back yard).

1 mile from the corner of Las Vegas Blvd and Fremont Street. Minutes away from Casinos, Bars and Restaurants.

A social PARTY accommodating house located 1 mile away from the Circa Resort experience, Las Vegas Strip and Fremont St. Experience are just a 5 minute drive from the house. A plethora of restaurants and the art district just a short drive away.

Master Bedroom is an en suite (Queen bed and a beautiful bathroom)
Second Bedroom very spacious also is a Queen.
