Carpets needed cleaning especially the entryway to the hotel and the hallway between the rooms.
Hand marks on the inside elevator doors.
Rubbish was left in the room from the previous guests, coffee and sugar wasn’t restocked. It didn’t seem up to standard for a 5 star hotel. No attention to detail.
However the room was big and the beds are very comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent. The shower was huge. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent.
However breakfast in the room was cold.

"We enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast was better than we were expecting. We stay in a Holiday Inn Express in Europe last year and the restaurant area was too small for the hotel there. The Adelaide hotel was much better with a better staff to guest ratio. All of the staff we encountered we really pleasant. ..."
