My hotel stay experiences is wonderful. Firstly I was given early check in. Although assigned to a low floor room, the environment is quiet & calm. Secondly accessible to nearby malls & train stations is great & convenient. You can simply walk through Starhill to avoid hot weather. Lastly the staffs are friendly & helpful. Highly recommended to stay in this hotel.

Wifi was bad. Very slow and Tv has not much programs to watch. Upon booking, requested for connecting room. We were not given connecting rooms After much explanation, then was granted but was given very low floor. Disappointed. Pillows are too soft.

The level of service was terribly bad Will never be back Housekeeping also was bad, nothing was in placed and had to keep calling concierge to request items and had to call multiple times to get what I requested. Breakfast was bad and service from staffs were unfriendly.

Great location. Hotel is getting a bit on the worn side but its a great place. Gave it 3 stars because our room was not ready upon check in at 3pm. Then we had to follow up on getting our bags delivered to our room. With kids, it was not ideal to be waiting around. We had to wait one hour and all we received was an apology.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Everything about our stay was perfect. The staff was very professional and polite, the room very large and comfortable, the bathroom was fantastic, will a tub and a shower. The room maintenance was great too. The breakfast is a buffet with an amazing variety, all fresh and delicious. The hotel is next to the best mall, close to public transportation, a lot of restaurants and shops around, in the best part of the city. We felt luxurious during our stay.
