APA Hotels - accommodation in Koshigaya

Stayed in the twin tower and the room was spacious for a Tokyo hotel room. The room was clean and everything in the room worked accordingly. The part that impressed me was how helpful the staff was. I needed to receive a package at this hotel and the hotel staff went above and beyond by coordinating with me and the sender to ensure I get the package delivered. It truly made my stay. The neighborhood around the hotel is really nice and the hotel is across the street from the train station. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay at Hotel Gracery Shinjuku. Perfect location in the heart of Shinjuku, super clean rooms, and very friendly staff. The Godzilla theme made the experience even more memorable. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is outstanding in every respect. The reception staff are polite and helpful. We don’t speak Japanese but they were all willing to converse in English. The room was immaculate and well equipped. They have a fully equipped gym and good laundry facilities which we used once. We ate in the hotel most evenings and they had great choices too. An excellent hotel which is well placed in Tokyo. Recommended.
