The lobby had a consistent curry smell. The indoor pool does not run throughout the entire year. The rooms were excessively small and there was no ability to manually change the temperature to what suits you (this is stated by the property clearly however). It is very much in the middle of nowhere and nearby restaurants are quite high-end or feel like tourist traps with their hidden seating fees and extra charges. The good point is that is has a clear view of Tokyo tower but getting a Tokyo tower view room seems like pure chance as the check-in process is automated without human intervention.

The staff are first class! They are courteous and extremely organized. You can always find stuff at the front desk, greeting guests and attentively assisting guests if they have any needs. These APA hotel is very well maintained compared to other chains.

The room looks good. Laundry room, there are 4 washing machines for 18 floors, really anoying to do laundry. I specially choose this hotelnfor the facility of the laundry room. Its a foreigners hotel, if you have tattoos, forget about the spa. Location its really good, with plenty of choices around to enjoy and move around. Overall, its a good hotel to start, but i will most likely not coming back.

Really great property. Please keep in mind it is a business hotel so the rooms are fairly small! We were still generally comfortable especially being able to put our suitcases under the bed, but yeah definitely smaller than the average hotel room so just keep that in mind. Despite the small room size, I loved that we could do so much with the tv in our room. Any question we had usually could be answered on our TV. We also washed clothes on site and we could use the TV to see how much time was left on each washer to know when to go upstairs to switch our clothes or when the next washer would be free!! Such a cool feature. I did not have onsite breakfast, so I don’t have any comments on that, but I’m sure it was great! The area was also really nice and had a lot of food options! And the view of the Tokyo tower on the way to the hotel was so beautiful. I would definitely stay again!

Really good spot in roppongi. The room is exceptionally tiny, which is to be expected in Tokyo. If the room was slightly larger I would have given 5 stars. Exceptional value

Great hotel if you are staying a couple nights to just check out Tokyo. Quick walk or taxi to Tokyo Tower and train station is close by. Lawsons is right next door to grab snacks easily. Check in and out was super simple. Be aware the rooms are SMALL. But they are cute and comfortable. Super affordable, especially considering its great location. We had a fantastic stay and absolutely loved our time in Japan! Can't wait to go back!
