I asked for some water at the concierge. They let me know that they give two free when you come in and nothing after that. There is NOTHING wrong about this and I was happy to go buy from the vending machine. Unfortunately, the vending machine was out of water in all 6 selections. I let them know it was out and they told me to go to the other vending machine, which was non existent. After wandering around in my slippers I came back. At this point they were extremely irritated with me, but I was not wearing shoes (just the little black slippers they have in the rooms) since I was only trying to grab some water and go back to sleep. The woman was extremely rude but begrudgingly sold me two bottles of water from the counter. Could I have done better? Yes. But I think I was treated pretty unfairly after doing my best to figure it out. The hotel was your standard APA and the experience other than this was pretty standard for an APA so nothing really to say about that. No Onsen, a pretty long walk to a subway. You could do worse but also could do a lot better.

The hotel was within walking distance to several subway stations. Convenience stores located along the way as well having a market across the street was handy. Great location and would recommend this stay for future travellers.

Great value and about a few minutes walk to a couple of stations. Liked how close it was to Roppongi Hills and Akasaka. Rooms are so small which is normal in Tokyo.

Clean room was very clean, just some mold in the shower tub. Space was so tiny, No closet or furniture to put your underwear, bathroom is too high and step out of the shower always got me confuse. I booked double room thougth more space and just got double bed. We were uncomfortable with the space after shopping for 2 days.
