The staff is quite good. My room was small but efficiently laid out and it was easy to understand the instructions for the air conditioning and other appliances in the unit. This was not the case in the last hotel. They have a quite usable interface on the television letting you know all about the property, local food options, cleaning schedules, and other useful information. I have to say the front desk ladies are real standouts in terms of customer service.

Nice value hotel, too hot in some areaa

This is a great value hotel. Nice services. Room is more spacious and well-designed than other ones, something as simple as places to hang things. This hotel seems ample. It has space underneath the bed to store luggages. Plenty of outlets around the bed and table. Nice yukata and slippers provided. My only complaint is some areas are hot. Elevator and lobby are not quite well cooled. The restroom I used at the check-in was toasting hot. Elevator can be competitive near check out time. There is only one per building.
