The front desk staff were great. The room, not so much. We stayed here a year ago, and it was luxurious, clean, spotless. This year I found a stain on the bed. The sheets, duvet cover, pillowcases, all look like somebody slept here before us. I’m not happy with the quality or cleanliness of the room this time.

The room was very clean. The staff eas incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. However, if you wanted to have access to the internet it was another upcharge. When you pay over $400 a night for a room, i think you should have access to the internet.

People over 70 have difficulty reading full size menus off of 3x5 phone screens. Provide somewhere in the building where one can buy a can of Diet Coke for your room and a decent chocolate. Some of your possible clients are over 60. Otherwise... beautiful building and perfect location.

Miranda at check in was great. She was helpful and very knowledgeable and friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable. Even though it is at the airport it is very quiet.
