Upon check-in 20 minutes early, we were told we could do so, but after the gal took my credit card she handed it back and told us we'd actually have to wait till 3 p.m. as our room was not ready. Two customers behind us came up after us and were allowed to check-in and ended up being in rooms right next to us. I went up to a different staff member than the previous gal and he checked us in? We stay at this hotel on most if not all our stays in Denver and have never had anything negative to say, but the check-in and having no hot water all morning was quite disappointing to say the least.
