Really really sucked.

I was there for two days and had to take a cold shower both days. The first night I froze and the second night I roasted. It was the worst stay I ever experienced in a downtown Denver hotel. I should’ve demanded a refund. Really really sucked.

There’s no independent control of the room thermostat. Water supply was luke warm at best and was preset by maintenance, so you will have a cold shower.

The thermostat for the climate control in the room does not work. The room is a little cold and the thermostat is stuck at 50 degrees. It will not go up or down. I turned the thermostat off and the room warmed to 67. While I was at the front desk another customer complained about their room being cold.
