The building includes secured elevator access, a spacious sun deck with grilling area, pool, and hot tub, as well as a small gym. Very dirty property, when I booked it they hid all the negative comments and only left the good ones. We came got our card walked in the penthouse and had to leave to Walmart to get cleaning supplies and bed sheets which cost us additional $300 out of pocket. The property is old and dirty had pictures that were edited unlike in real life. COCKROACHES were in the kitchen! The dishwasher was stinky with all the dishes left locked in there for who knows how long. The WASHER was full of someone else’s clothes! We opened it to use it and it stunk so bad we had to close it back up. Long story short we were not happy with the maintenance and how the service was. I couldn’t reach the owner even once. Don’t know about the other units but ours was like that.

Great getaway
I have always loved staying in this building. So conveniently located and hosts breathtaking views of the city, ocean and diamond head. Perfect getaway just far enough away from the craziness of the Waikiki strip of hotels.

Perfect for an extended stay this apartment has everything you need. Great for families who don’t want to all be in one room together. Building facilities are good and 711 next door.

the pictures were not completely accurate, didnt show the bathrooms which were old and dingy. The kitchen stove was grimey with broken glass, we saw and had to clean up. the entire place looks like it needed a wipe down with clorox wipes, we had to do that. An alarm was pulled that woke us up at 11:30pm during our stay...it was determined to be a prank. There were two kids swimming in the pool late at night without adult supervision, one couldnt swim....they also got into both hot tub with their street clothes on. the place was disappointing because it didnt live up to the pictures.
The property location is excellent. Close to shopping and dining. The property itself needs work. There were no face or hand towels available and we had to buy our own at the store. There was a water leakage on the floor of one of the bedrooms. When we contacted maintenance they were unable to help out, and neither were the lobby staff. The condo was spacious but could use some updating. We weren’t given the key code on the day of our check-in… We had to reach out for this information. We weren’t contacted about check out procedures either. Overall, the property was able to accommodate our party of 7 (though the sofa couches need updating) but probably wouldn’t come back. Mahalo for allowing us to stay.
