Great location. A little noisy but there were construction works happening nearby. Old style air conditioner was also noisy. Kitchen facilities were excellent.

Location and size of the accommodation was excellent. The bed was very very comfortable. Only criticism would be the elevators are extremely noisy and slow. I Would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to friends.

Great location. The rooms need soundproofing. The road noise and other room noise got quite high at times.

We where to be booked elsewhere but had to cancel last minute & then booked here instead and it was a blessing. Love the location, the pool, spa & sauna and free shuttle bus to Aloha Moana shops. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very Poor.

Pros: Location.
Cons: Room Facilities including Bed and Bathroom
Location: Close to Beach and Transport.
Travel often has to be the worst Accommodation we have ever stayed in.

Great little character hotel a mere two blocks off the beach. Resort fee isn’t exactly value for money but inescapable in Hawaii so all good. Great to have the free Ala Moana center shuttle! Lovely in-room coffee and toiletries- all coconut scented Hawaiian tropic! The aircon is the classic American window model so quite loud but there’s a ceiling fan as well so you can turn off the aircon when you need it to be quiet. I was lucky to get ocean, mountain and city views from my lanai - the lanais are very basic but I didn’t spend long enough in the room to need one! No in-hotel restaurant/bar/shop apart from a small cafe but as soon as you walk out the door you have access to everything. I’d stay again
