I had good experience staying in this property. The room was a bit tight, but I suppose that was because I had booked a room with a king size bed with a single adult. The closet and washroom were small as well. But overall, the room was neat, quiet and the common areas such as the elevators and lobby were not too cowded. I will use this hotel again when in that city.

The check in receptionist was not friendly. The fact that they make walk back out to a can the parking QR code instead of adding it to the room is ridiculous for someone walking with a cane! And when I asked if they had my Hyatt number, she said - doesn’t matter, you booked through a third party. Yes but I still picked your hotel and that deserves some appreciation!!

This is an affordable option to stay by the Dulles Airport. The staff is friendly and competent without fawning. The business center was a bit of a challenge with only one-of-two computers working with the printer the whole stay (I was there for 4 nights) and the computers share the space with a meeting table. The on-sight restaurant was good with excellent service; the bar is nice and the night-time activities such as dancing were fun. The gym, pool and hot tub were clean and accessible.

It was ok

It was ok but I noticed that there were some negative changes from last year to now that made the experience overall a 3! The elevators: one was out of service the whole weekend and the gym wasn’t kept up. Equipment was run down some broken. The servers were great but the night bartender always lacked friendliness or good customer service and that’s it
