We stayed during a period of lockdown in the greater Sydney region. We live in regional NSW as is Peppers however we were the only guests, so most facilities such as restaurant and bar were closed. There was no daily housekeeping in the room however the skeleton staff on site were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay in unique circumstances.

The property is lovely and the room was excellent. Staff were very nice. Unfortunately the restaurant was a huge letdown. Not even pub-food quality, for $39 a plate. It left a bad taste, sadly. You expect something commensurate with the quality of the resort.

The reception staff were excellent however the bar prices were over the top, the restaurant menu was so bad that we walked out and got a cab to Bowral, cost $100 return but worth it compared to the Peppers restaurant. For the tariff charged we expected a lot better. We would never recommend this venue to anyone. The only good thing was the country setting. Because of so called covid we had no room make up, no fresh towels or line for 2 nights stay.
