We absolutely loved staying here. The views were stunning on both sides of our apartment. The location was spot on with a supermarket right below us, many food options and the main Surfers strip within a 2min walk. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I asked for a late check out 11/1130 due to celebrating a birthday on check out day and was denied completely for cleaning however cleaners didn’t turn up until then anyway. Very disappointing you couldn’t shuffle a few things around

Good view. Good location. Lounge is broken, kitchen didn’t clean probably, food was everywhere in microwave. I have to clean it before using. I didn’t use wardrobe because it doesn’t look clean and bed is not comfortable. Bad luck for us having the bad appointment I never want to come back to stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Spacious and very lovely. A bit dusty, but did notice the place getting dusty quite quickly. Would recommend leaving more than 1 dishwasher block if you stay longer than 2 days. Overall a good experience.

Unfortunately the bed duvet inner had blood stains and other horrible marks on it it looks like its never been cleaned , The apartment we were in was so loud in the evenings as its right next to the bungy activity so it was almost impossible to sleep due to constant screaming from outside. We also thought we dropped both keys back to the key box but apparently we only dropped one back so we were charged a fee for that too. The apartment was presented nicely however it definitely requires a more thorough clean, We would book directly through the hotel if we stayed here again.

The only downside is the lifts- most days only 2 were working so we had some long waits to get out. Would be good if there was an option to take stairs if staying in the lower levels. Super close to everything, and we would definitely stay again!

Absolutely loved our stay here, central to everything we needed/wanted, apartment was clean and comfortable, will definitely stay again.

The apartment was spacious and in a great location however, We specifically selected an ocean view apartment and We had expectations of a great ocean view coming in as we had stayed in a high level apartment in Circle on Cavill a few years earlier. What we were expecting was an ocean view however I would argue that what we got is false advertising as we were given an apartment on floor 11 and the main view we had was of the Hilton, the sands and Soul apartments with small gaps of ocean view between them. This was extremely disappointing as we had an amazing ocean view on a previous stay as we were in apartment much higher up. On the opposite side of the apartment the view of the narang river and surrounds was lovely but it is not what we selected when booking. We specifically selected Ocean view.

Place was walking distance to everything!! Will stay here again with the family. Easy to find WOW office and they made check in a breeze.
