Overnight stay.a Still able to walk the pier in the afternoon, enjoy a great dinner and comfortable evening, walk the esplanade the next morning to explore the options for breakfast, and then a swim before checking out. Luxurious way to conclude our road trip of western Queensland.

"great hotel close to everything"
The hotel was immaculate and well presented. The staff were very friendly and had great knowledge of the area. My only suggestion would be better block out blinds if outside lights are going to be left on all night.

Allegra Hervey Bay

"Lovely room and view family with teenagers."
Front desk very welcoming. Room exceeded expectations. Our room was on the top floor (6) with a room top terrace that had a bbq and pizza oven plus outdoor setting and lounge chairs (it was big space). Views across the bay with undercover and full sun area. Inside lounge, dining and open kitchen area with another outdoor setting on roomy undercover balcony. The kitchen utensils, crockery, glasses and cookware were plentiful and of good quality. We could not here any noise form other rooms or hallways so very quiet and private. The Ocean restaurant at the front of the Allegra had great food and wine and atmosphere for diner or afternoon drink looking across to bay one side or the hotel pool from the other. Easy and nice walk to Urangan pier and Torquay shops in the other direction. Other great eating included Eat and Aqua for Breakfast and lunch or Badger burgers for lunch and dinner. Also ate at Tapas Cafe food and service was good not great but relaxed and enjoyable in quirky setting.

"Nice enough and cheap."
Stayed in a budget room so didn't expect much. Surprisingly spacey. Cheap TV. Strange bathroom layout (needed to look sideways to shave in a mirror). Shower a bit short, but pressure good enough. Houseservice only refreshed towels, didn't turn down beds, but like I said room was quite cheap and good enough for that price. Staff very friendly and helpful in finding out information regards to tours and activities in Hervey Bay.

Mantra Hervey Bay

Buccaneer Drive, Urangan - Map
"Good Loction"
Good location at the harbour, for departure tours for whale watching adventures. Secure free car parking. We had a 1 br apartment which had a private balcony overlooking the harbor. only down size, was that the bathroom/laundry was a little on the small side. the laundry trough was difficult to access for hand washing. Also the mirror was not centred over the vanity, which made things a bit awkward Overall, clean, value for money. Would recommend to anyone.
