DONT BOOK! This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I wish I could give zero stars, but the lowest option is one. Before arriving, I tried calling the hotel multiple times, but no one answered. At check-in, the front desk clerk said their phone hadn’t been working for days—my first red flag, but everywhere else was booked, and this was my first time in Florida so I gave it a chance. The room smelled awful, like a wet, dirty mop and old furniture. There was no fridge or microwave, and the bed had only two tiny pillows barely the size of two kit kats. The room booked for two persons had one dresser, two drawers, both broken and the AC, once white, was brown and yellow with dirt. The room felt poorly maintained. The bathroom was even worse—no water in the shower for two days, and I stayed for three nights and only cold water in the sink. One evening, while asking for towels again, I overheard guests complaining about clogged toilets with feces inside, no running water in their showers or sinks. It was a widespread issue. There hadn’t been any room service staff for days as I repeatedly requested towels everyday, and received none. Finally, a staff member led me to a dingy room where I had to grab them myself. There was no phone in the room to call the front desk, making everything more inconvenient. The lack of cleanliness, poor service, and terrible maintenance made this stay unbearable. If I had known beforehand, I would have canceled immediately.

As soon as l walked in after 11pm and saw the no hot water sign, l wanted to cancel the reservation. I was assured that plumber is on the property and that hot water will be resolved. After several hours of no resolution, l was laughed at for believing that the hot water would be resolved. I asked to checkout and for full refund and security deposit. Stay away! Hotel is not reachable by Expedia. I don't know how this place still has a license to operate without hot water.

Pictures of the property are not accurate, this place is a dump! There were many people loitering and hanging out. Room doors appeared broken into, this place didn’t appear to be a safe place at all. Hotel is very rundown, we did not stay there and booked a room elsewhere.

Beware. This place is a dump. Do not stay here. The lounge and the people outside partied and danced and played music until 5 AM. Yelling and screaming. In the adjoining rooms, a baby cried all night and the walls were so thin that it sounds like she was in the room with us. People were yelling and screaming in the halls, using vile language at each other. The room was old and dilapidated in the shower had cockroaches in it. The lights in the room didn’t work. No trash can. The bed is a mattress on the board. This is a dump. Do not stay here.
