I enjoyed my stay, beach was right across the street, two restaurants which were great, pool was clean. Gym was clean. My room was very clean. Staff was so nice and super helpful 10 stars in my book.

When spending over $700 a night, I expect a 5 or 6 star property. I would compare this property to a Days Inn. The room was dirty, small and dated. The bathtub was painted because it had been chipped so much. The rattan furniture was unraveling, sink cracked. The only thing that was great was the view. They charged $55 for parking and a $42 resort fee which didn't include much to drive up the price. Lots of hotels close that I will stay at in the future.

I loved the pool, Starbucks, restaurants, and walking to the ocean. The only thing wrong with our room was the outlet in the bathroom did not work. I had to dry and curl my hair next to the beds which was a huge inconvenience. Also the ice machines on two floors were out of ice for 48 hours which was another inconvenience.

Overall the property was ver well maintained and staffed. The room had a menu for "snack" items, u there were none. The coffee machine was missing the draw for the pod; there were no tissues in the bathroom and limited complimentary items (only lotion). The windows of the room were filthy and the slider inoperable. on the plus side, the gym was well appointed and love the location facing the ocean. Also loved the Pelotons. would recommend a curl bar for the Universal and a tricep pulldown bar as well. The pool area was very well cared for and the staff was uptrained on the menu and extremely accomodating, as was the pool bar staff.

Nice hotel, nice rooms, comfortable beds, great location. For a daily resort fee over 40 dollars, I don't believe it's right to close the pool for a private party. The one nice day of our stay we were unable to use the pool in the afternoon. The pool was already booked by all the people from cold climates who paid to spend time outside...

2 nights in a basic room with parking was $1000!!!!!! Uncomfortable bed, pillows We had an ocean view room which was nice, but there was no balcony to enjoy it from. Valet parking was extremely slow and very expensive The food in the hotel restaurant was about double in price as compared to other restaurants Service was just ok Extremely loud everywhere!!!!! I expected more from this place and was very disappointed Private beach was nice

Typical Westin- huge, average rooms,bathroom on the small side.Good location within walking distance to multiple restaurants . Nice beach with chairs available for guests. Biggest disappointment was that the pool was freezing and there was loud construction next to it, which made it impossible swim or relax at the pool, which was what we wanted to do . Great massage at the spa but whirlpool there was also on the cold side. Overall, a disappointing stay .

Staff was accommodating and fixed any minor errors. Location was great and near the beach. Great spot for a quick mini girl trip getaway.

Will never stay here again, they have weird guys walk around the outside of the building looking up into peoples balconies, when I asked it was “security patrolling”…very odd way of patrolling. Toilet seat was broken in room, tv was broken in room as well. They say you’re guaranteed two beach chairs and you’re just not. You have to fight for them and even if you get one it will have holes in it or be half broken. Next time I will save my money, and stay somewhere better.
