Resort was very nice, right across the street from the ocean. Beautiful, we did have a problem with our room. The A/C dripped water on the floors, but they fixed the problem and gave us drink vouchers

Ride and unprofessional manager. Not the room I booked. A/C unit extremely loud and couldn’t sleep. Checked out after 1 terrible night and experience.

I am saddened to see the direction this hotel is taking. Had some fond memories here in the past. From the impatient staff, longer than usual clean up and turn over time frame - forget the restaurant downstairs - extremely disappointing. Telling a customer that the reason you cannot help, or assist is above your paygrade - you need new jobs! There was a leak on the 4th floor south tower from the day we got there we made them aware, it then had a smell. It wasn't until our 4th night into our fifth day that it was dried and cleaned up. Restaurant staff treating customers like an option - first it was the mom with kids complaining, then it was our more mature guests, then more African American experiences more and more disrespect - cold coffees, rude languages, overcharge on bills - many only used 2 of the 5 days breakfast voucher the purchased. On our last of 5 days a Caucasian guest and her son also complained of the terrible service they experienced at said restaurant. Safe to say we will not be back.

The Beds were very comfortable. easy access to the beach and the staff was very nice I would definitely stay there again.
