Arrived to a sarcastic employee at front desk, because we didn’t do the check in made us wait 30min until we had a room available mind you this was already scheduled and paid for. Housekeeping arrive at 7:30am slightly knocked the door did not wait for an answer and just opened the door when we yelled occupied.Later on at 10am the same scenario. In addition to this no hot water was working and air conditioner was lazy to work. Would not recommend!!!!

Front desk was very unfriendly, property was run down and not very clean. House keeping was pushy on checkout day telling us that we needed to check out starting at 10am when checkout is at 11am. Other than location not worth the value

The pool and beach access was great. For the price you would think they would have a complimentary coffee station for n the morning. One of the women in the cafe was super rude and actually yelled at me while trying to get a coffee in a to go cup.

It was old. I was told it was remodeled. It wasn't. Found out it is being demolished next April. Even the cookies they pass out were stale. Very disappointed!! And it was Top dollar. Ugh.

Property is run down, room smelled of urine. Rugs not well vacuumed, other minor issues. It's a tired property that is planned to be deolished in the next few years.

We did not like paying for an upgraded King room in Expedia for our anniversary weekend and getting to the hotel yesterday afternoon to find out we were getting two double beds!!! Much less value than we paid on Expedia! Interesting enough, my husband booked a king room through Hilton Honors while we were eating dinner at the hotel and guess what, he was confirmed, a King room! We wonder what is going on?

I was disappointed not to get the ocean view room that I paid for. The room were under construction. They did waive my resort fee.

A vibe

Everything was perfect! We were able to check in early and our views in the King Suite were spectacular. The pool was such a vibe and the location was also perfect for our getaway weekend.
