Good hotel with one major problem, If you need good Wi-Fi look for a different hotel. According to multiple staff members the only rooms with good Wi-Fi are near the lobby AND the owner refuses to improve the network. We ended up using the Hotspot connection on our cell phones. The cruise shuttle was a great plus.

Upon entering the room we smelled a musty odor. We then noticed mold on the walls, ceiling, shower curtain, in the grout of the shower, and a picture on the wall. If there was someone outside, upstairs, behind us, or beside us we knew. You can hear the TVs and people talking. Multiple times in the night we heard a loud, metal falling type sound from the ceiling above the bed in the middle of the night. The pictures dont match what you actually get. We were tired and needed a shower after driving for 10 hours so we just dealt with it for one night. The shuttle service was nice though and the front desk worker the night we checked in was very pleasant.

The room was nice for what we paid, however there were a bunch of tiny bugs all over the nightstands and the floor. when we opened the drawers of the nightstand there was a bunch of food crumbs, and our pillows kept falling behind the bed and when we would get them, behind the bed was so dirty and kinda gross. Aside from that, it wasn’t too bad, a bit loud in the morning.
