Traveled with kids. The daytime supervisor was extremely rude, lacked customer care and did not inform me of the credits that were included with my stay. His interaction between the guest before me compared to his interaction with me was night and day. Saving grace were the two young ladies who worked the front desk, I believe Ciara was one of their names, they made up for the horrible service I received prior. I made a complaint on the supervisor and was told that my complaint is not the first. The incidental fee was way more than what Hotels.com quoted me, but I was with my kids, so I had to bite the bullet. Room was clean, housekeeping was extremely attentive. Bathrooms were large and clean. No microwave, only microwave was in the lobby on a counter, which can become annoying when traveling with a family of 3. The pool was a great addition, as well as the rooftop bar. Location is ideal, close to everything without being in the mix. Food at hotel restaurant could be way better, only reason I ate there was because of the daily credit I was given, which to be honest, isn’t much at all. Kids had a ball, but they're young so they don't expect much. Hotel is great, but just based off my experience with "management" and being made aware that they have a known ongoing issue with a supervisor and has yet to do something about the matter speaks volume.

Clean, cute little room with a great view and an even better location! Beautiful renovated bathroom and shower! Staff at the little breakfast spot were awesome! Took off one star because the breakfast WE paid $40 per day extra with our reservation, only included the choice of two $15 sandwiches, coffee or juice when there were several more items on the menu that could easily be included …. not to mention the added $11 hidden service tax we paid on top of the $40 so in fact our sandwich breakfast was $51 which is crazy. Kind of a big misleading issue unfortunately because it is a great little spot!

Room was great. Always clean. I was able to work all day in the room with no interruptions or outdoor noise. Pool area was great with pool bar and food. Loved the access to private beach. Overall it was a great stay and would visit again very soon

Room was not what I expected we had a corner room there was a construction site out one window of the 2 big glass windows that were there. Huge drill thing probably a 100 feet tall. Yellow with a big mud hole and a bunch of equipment and probably a piece

Hidden fees!!!! They say the hotel offers chairs and umbrellas at the beach but they don’t tell you the umbrellas are at a cost. People really have no choice because otherwise it’s too hot. The website is extremely sneaky at hiding the $34 a night “destination fee”. Ridiculous. Also, this is the first hotel I’ve stayed that does not offer a couple bottles of water in the room. Everything here is extra extra extra. Do not stay here! There are many other options..
