Short but pleasant stay

Very nice hotel and walkable to a Publix for snacks. Didn’t like the nightly extra charge for beach chairs though. Evelyn checked us in… delightful Scottish gal!!! Great asset to the hotel!! Ate at the Parrot( behind the hotel and also had breakfast 2 days at Primanti Bros which is right around the corner… great place!!!

The hotel is across the street from the beach so that’s a plus and the lobby looks nice. Andrea at the front desk was very professional and kind. The downside is that kids were running up and down the halls day and night on Saturday. They were knocking on our door as well as other guests and running away. The bathroom had mold in the shower, once we turn the shower off the water continued to run for a few minutes. Our toilet had a crack in the seat, it had hair on it upon arrival and when we flushed it the toilet ran continuously. We had to wiggle the handle to make it stop. The cleaning staff did not clean our room, they only made the bed and brought towels. There was trash in the elevator on Sunday that was still there on Monday. There are homeless people hanging out at the edge of the property. For nearly $700 for two nights after paying parking, resort fees and everything I expected more.

Very nice upscale property located directly across AIA from the beach. Immediate area is very walkable with numerous dining options within two blocks. Having the state park right next door is also very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely fabulous hotel comfortable beds, room was nice and clean, big thank you to Shinoya at the front desk for making our stay extra special, will definitely be back.

What we enjoyed: 1, The property was in close vicinity to the beach and restaurants. 2. The front desk staff are very professional and friendly 3. The hotel was very clean and airy and jhad beautiful decor. Needs improvement with the ammenities offered during the stay. 1.The yoga is only available on the weekends and not weekdays. 2. No other activities offered or entertainment during the day in pool area. 3. Pool seating is limited. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend the stay because of the location and the friendly staff. Thank you.
