Great staff, good food. Inside of elevators need cleaning. Pool needs vacuuming more often. Like daily - due to sand coming in from beach. Like many hotels, the resort fee is a rip-off. Beware, the contracted company on the beach will give you 2 free lounge chairs but the umbrella is $30. Ouch.

The AC controls are broken and we could not turn down the temperature. It was quite warm in the room. We called for service late at night understandably the person was not helpful because the hour of our call
