First, calling this place a "hotel' is a bit of a stretch. There is no lobby, no front desk, no "hotel" stuff. You get an email with the door code to get into the courtyard and your room. More emails about local attractions, etc. All communication with the manager was via email or chat. From the street it looks very unimpressive. The only hotel staff we met was a maid, who was abrupt and unfriendly. The room was apparently recently remodeled, but missed a lot of amenities. For example, the bathroom while huge, had no place near the sink to put your toiletries or to hang a toiletries kit from. There was only one towel hook. The room also was really spacious, but there was no desk or table where you might have wanted to eat if you brought in take-out. No luggage stand for baggage. The courtyard and tiny pool were clean, but wholly uninviting. All that said, the room was clean, it is close to the beach and lots of restaurants and shopping, only 20 minutes or so from the airport, small and quiet, fast secure internet, and was one of the least expensive options in the area.

Room was clean and available to check in a little early. At sunrise there was a ton of noise. Not sure if that was staff or hotel guests. Finally got back to sleep and was woken up at checkout time by the help. Told her I need 5 minutes and she scoffed and rolled her eyes. This place is fine if you just need to crash and don't mind being woken up at sunrise,

My daughter and I stayed here for a quick sunshine excursion to escape the cold and gray. Overall we had a nice time and are grateful for the opportunity. I mostly feel we got what we paid for relative to the other hotels in the area. Below are some additional thoughts. The good: Easy check-in and check-out, rooms looked remodeled, close to the beach, close to good restaurants, across the street from a newly renovated Publix, nice pool area, relatively decent price, secure entrance, parking on premises, tv, beach towels, can borrow beach chairs, mini fridge, WiFi, nice shower and easy to control AC and fan. The even better if: Right next to a busy street that produces a lot of noise; however, I am sensitive to sound but my daughter said it didn’t bother her, room was a little tinier than I expected but was cozy I suppose, mattress was more firm than my preference but not bad, amenities listed a microwave and free bottled water but neither were present, was originally given the wrong room to check into but was remedied in 5 minutes with the helpful communication site given at check-in, there were two holes in the ceiling above the bathroom sink that looked like a light fixture was meant to be there, and experienced a lag while streaming a show through the tv.

We had issues with getting into our room because the remote staff entered the key code incorrectly. It took a while to find a number to call to fix the problem. Parking is right next to the street and sidewalk so not feeling very secure and scratch safe. Room has a microwave and coffee maker but no actual coffee, tea or creamer etc. Bring your own. It took 10 minutes to get hot water to the shower. TV did not function. No channels came through.

Plz disregard reviews. Although rooms were clean, the entire property is in desperate need of maintenance. Pool was filthy, property needs painting, toilet paper dispenser obsolete in room kitchen ceiling near caving in and the list goes on and on. Definitely not worth almos $300 per night.

While the room was well kept, and the owner was extremely nice, we just could not get over the moldy/musty smell in the room. I am extremely sensitive to smells, and this one made me extremely nauseous. It was the worst in the bathroom, but the air conditioner (which needed to be on) pushed the smell all throughout the room. We kept the bathroom door shut overnight to control the smell, but then the bathroom was sooo warm in the AM. It was fine for a one night stay. But, I just cannot give a higher rating with the smell…
