My 6 year old son and I had a great time at the pool - we ate at the market off kids menu. Liked having beach across street . Beds comfortable and room was clean. Nice hotel, would go back!

Absolutely loved this Hilton property. The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived. Valet came to let us out of our Uber. Check in was a breeze. Pool was perfect. Loved how staff carried towels and setup our chairs for us. Ty et enforce a 30 minute chair policy - if you’re away from you chair they will remove your towels. This policy is great bc you don’t feel like you have to run to save seats. We never had an issue. Pool side service for food and drinks. Complimentary beach chairs. Our room was amazing! Loved that it had a small kitchen, living area, full and half bathrooms. The balcony was large and had a great view of the ocean. The lobby was beautiful. They have bikes you can rent beyond the free 2 hours. Starbucks and a couple of restaurants right at the hotel. For 21 and over, you have to check out the roof top bar. The views are amazing. Drinks and food good. Literally an elevated experience. We will definitely return. Thank you so much for making my birthday and time alone with my husband such a memorable and wonderful experience.

Checked in @ 4pm. Was put in the wrong room and then waited an hour for our room to b cleaned?? We had a drink at the lobby bar. Waited and hour and then went to agent right next to us and asked if ready. They said yes it was. No one came to us and kept us updated or told us our room was ready No cold water, Both faucets were hot Dinner at rooftop Nubè started off great My dish, flatbread came out raw! Waited 40 mins for the replacement order. Had to take it to go!! They did bring out a complementary dessert.

The room service was awful, no espresso machine, waited for 2 hours , no shampoo, waited for 2 hours after calling and then brought us body gel. First room drainage was very slow in the bathtub. When we were discussing our displeasure with the manager, she was arguing with us. Not very pleasant, would I come back to the area? Yes, however I would not stay there. No one contacted us after our complaints.
