Older hotel, but it is close to the port and a convenient stay. As a Hilton Gold member, I did not receive my water, snacks, etc. this time, and they had a hard time finding one of my rooms (which had been prepaid). I would still stay again.

The room was a handicap accessible room which was spacious, clean and well equipped. Had some initial problem trying to connect to WiFi, but we figured it out. Disappointed that having to leave at 5:00 a.m. we were unable to take advantage of the breakfast offer; staff had pastries (muffins, etc.) ready but we were told " there are no 'to go' boxes" so we couldn't pick up something to tide us over until our 7:00 a.m. flight. Staff were courteous, efficient and very pleasant. We had assumed that the airport shuttle was a freebie and were surprised to be charged $12 per person. Overall, a good experience and we would stay there again.

The room floors were filthy and in great need of vacuuming, the same coffee cup sat on the floor by the elevators our entire stay despite multiple employees/cleaning staffing walking by it, our room RAINED inside from the air conditioning exhaust completely soaking the floor and counter top making an entire area completely unusable and interrupting sleep.

Room was dirty, hair on the bathroom floor, hair on sheets, holes in cover, and the room smelled. Alejandro at the front desk was the best part of our experience, he was very kind, inviting and thoughtful.
