The resort is great. However, I didn't appreciate the security guard giving my wife a hard time about having to pay for friends who came to join us for her birthday. We already paid for our time there, and we weren't about to pay another $150 for wristbands and for them to park. That's NOT required at all in the terms of the contract for guests staying at this resort. I felt like this security guard went on a power trip for absolutely no reason!

Guest have to pay for parking and to be guests in the hotels. That’s a total of $50. I don’t think I’m gonna stay there with these rules that aren’t even written in the contract.

I stayed here with my daughter for 3 nights. Do not hesitate to book this property. Everything was great. Room seemed newly renovated and lots of space on the property. Beach, deck, pool, hot tub. All right there. Great location. Go next door if you are looking for a more lively tiki bar and better food options.

Very clean , very helpful staff , amazing location … beach is so close and gorgeous! Pool is awesome!! Only bad thing was drinks were little pricey at pool bar .. and got virgin drinks but you are at a resort so I get it … no outside drinks or anything near pool deck. .. only negatives I saw but overall amazing time !!!!!

Valet coupon doesn't no work

We had a wonderful stay - then at check out were over charged. I was emailing with a manger whom has now ghosted me. If you rent the pool lounge chairs for all the days of your stay - the coupon for $10 parking will not work if your a hotel guest. They only take the coupon from people that are not staying - but when you ask directly they will not tell you that - then charge $25 each day instead. The location was great, we enjoyed the pool, the beach access was perfect and the room was clean.

Planned a last minute beach getaway and found this hotel only 30 minutes away from the airport. We arrived at 11 am and were still able to check in to our 4 hours early thanks to the amazing receptionist. Room was clean and the beach was very accessible. The hotel also has a fitness center, pool, hot tub, and jet ski rental. My one small complaint is the small restaurant that is located inside the hotel. Food is a bit overpriced for what you get. And when we asked the staff for plastic utensils or condiments they told us to go ask house keeping. This does NOT takeaway from the rest of the hotel. We definitely recommend going here and will be back in the future.

Unexpected layover for our son and family so we decided to treat them. We paid for breakfast and we never were told we had to get vouchers, so son paid. When we tried to get a refund we were told the money was for the deposit. Clearly states on our reservation from Expedia we paid for breakfast and we were charged accordingly. Hope it was just an off day for the manager because her reaction to my complaint was abrupt and curt, didn’t even allow me to explain before telling me I should have asked for a voucher.

Though some of the employees at this hotel were very nice and professional—particularly the evening front desk staff who were welcoming and accommodating—my overall experience was disappointing due to a few rude and unprofessional individuals, especially the morning staff on Friday. I raised a concern about the excessive noise from being placed directly in front of both the elevator and ice machine. When I spoke to the manager (I believe her name was Caroline), she initially claimed there were no available rooms to move me. Only after I mentioned checking out did she suddenly find a room on the backside of the hotel, closer to the street and parking lot. What made matters worse was that when I returned to the front desk, Caroline and another staff member seemed to think the situation was a joke. Their dismissive attitude was incredibly unprofessional and left a bad impression. It’s disappointing to be treated like an inconvenience rather than a guest. This stay could have been much more pleasant if the morning management team took guest concerns seriously and acted with the same level of professionalism as the evening staff. UPPER LEADERSHIP TAKE NOTICE BEFORE YOU HAVE MORE PROBLEMS

just wasn’t my cup of tea.. horrible “partial ocean view” my view was of a roof with air conditioners. I didn’t see the ocean AT ALL. If you stay here DO NOT LET THEM PUT YOU ON THE 2nd floor, the views are terrible.
