It definitely could have been cleaner in the room, specifically the floor which had the dirt imbedded (needs a steaming), the base boards were dusty and had other guests’ hair as well as the shower but the linens were all clean, lobby and outdoor areas were clean, gym was clean. The service was wonderful and all of the front desk staff were incredible. They all made my stay the best. Specifically Mary and Caroline. I will be back next time I stay just to be welcomed by them!

Definitely not a four star hotel more like a two star beautiful location very dated very dirty. The rooms weren’t clean at all. They were doing some work around the pool and they didn’t even bother to clean the debris up. Avoid this if you can.

The lobby area was modern and clean, beach view was from a small balcony which faced another building, but looked out onto the beach. Did not sit there but dried swimsuits there. Staff were excellent. Food was good but run by a separate company and extremely overpriced! Few guests ate there. There were fast food and other restaurants within walking distance. beachfront was crowded. Beach towels provided. Room cleaning was not done daily.

Beware of the "Tiki Bar" - no prices on menus and got quoted 2 different prices on drinks when I asked different bartenders. Also, if you pre pay for breakfast, it says "gratuity included" on the ticket, but the servers will drop you a check expecting a gratuity on top.
