The hotel was older but clearly renovated recently. Hallways smelled very clean and pleasant. Staff was awesome. Some parts of the property (not the room) were older but still in decent working order. The “view” from the room was overtop a roof with air vents on it. Not exactly pleasant but we could also see the beach. I had a broken leg and staff made sure to get us a room right next to the elevator for my convenience which was appreciated. We expected a little noise from the elevator as a result but didn’t actually experience that. We DID experience noise from the rooms on either side. With non-carpeted floors all regular volume conversations were easily heard in our room. That may be the only real “issue” we had. But for the price the place was what we were hoping for. Would recommend again.

The receptionist was very rude with one of my family members, she was in her phone talking and people waiting in the line to be attended. She needs to provide more attention to her job and be respectful with the guests.

Staff were great! Location right on the beach. Bed was very comfortable. They should provide free beach chairs but it’s outsourced to a 3rd party. A lot of noise early in the morning with construction and fire alarms going off. All that being said it’s a good value for the cost.

The staff were nice, the unique thing about this place is the ocean view, and easy access to the pool. They have site seeing transportation for a fee. Rooms are small, some cracks on the doors and walls, noisy in the Am , you can hear everything in the hallway. Food was ok, they have a lot of things near by like Groceriy store, Dunkin, and McDonald a walking distance, which was nice. My children enjoyed everything there. Overall 4-star

Great Stay!

Overall it was a wonderful stay! I am a local that wanted to do a single night staycation with my mom, a girls’ weekend. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the tiki bar and pool area. Unfortunately the restaurant wasn’t appealing so we went out for dinner. If I was to critique anything it would be the restaurant. It felt more like a cafeteria which would be good for breakfast in the morning however it lacked the type of dining vibes that most would appreciate while enjoying dinner.
