Paid for a partial ocean view room, but door to balcony wouldn’t open. Couldn’t call maintenance as the phone in the room was broken. Hotel was very run down and dirty. Hot tub didn’t work the entire stay. Food was terrible. Not worth the money. Customer service at the front desk was the only good part about the entire stay.

The staff was great but we didn’t have a working hot tub for half our stay and we only book properties with hot tubs if we can. I understand things happen but we were let down by the hot tub. Everything else was great

The rooms was clean,front Desk very friendly, we had to move rooms because back sewage came up through shower,The toilet water stayed yellow,it smelled like sewage in bathroom,Even when being moved to another room the toilet over flooded.The toilet kept making bubbling noises and had a sewage smell also,Other than that We enjoyed our Stay.

Staff is horrible dont plan on eating here go next door to the restaurant the staff at this resort is horrible we waited half hour to get menue and there was only 3 people in the restaurant at the time the blonde lady is miserable
