The room was fine but not great. I had to go in search of housekeeping for certain things. The restaurant was terrible! I spent $30 on 4 chicken tenders that weren’t even hot. That was the cheapest meal I had and the food wasn’t good.

Nice room and view, room door had to be pulled shut wouldn't close on it's own. In a 7 night stay my room was skipped service 4 nights. The maid staff doesn't speak or understand english. No extra toilet paper, the hotel didn't have any soap for the rooms. I wasn't pleased with the service of the rooms but otherwise all was as expected.

If you lean over the balcony you can see the beach. On site food was awful, low quality and way over priced. Automatic 20% gratuity for slow inattentive service. Check your bill they don't mention it. Our booking included free valet parking, the fire to charge us anyway.

When I arrived at the room, the toilet hadn't been flushed, there were 2 public hairs on the toilet seat, the shower only had conditioner with no body wash or shampoo dispensers & the sink had no hand soap. I called the front desk and no one answered & the automated attendant with options came on. One option was housekeeping. I selected this option & once again, no answer. Shortly after, there was a knock at my door. The front desk saw that I had called and came up to my room to check on my inquiry. She personally witnessed the toilet, the pubic hairs, the missing body wash, shampoo dispensers & missing soap on the sink. She left and returned with a body wash & conditioner refill. She realized her mistake and advised she would have someone return with shampoo (a security employee did return with the missing shampoo). I reported this to a manager named Andre at the front desk. He was aware of my room issues & apologized. I asked if there would be any concessions due to the room not being cleaned properly. He stated he was sure the General Manager would provide something due to my inconvenience. I also inquired if I could have a late checkout on Sunday due to an evening flight. He asked how late and I said 4pm if possible. He said sure and typed my late checkout notes into the computer. On my second night, I noticed a cockroach on the wall (I took a picture before killing it). On Sunday I went to pickup my updated key cards and staff were unaware of a late checkout and no notes

Great views, they’ve done a lot of updating around the hotel, neighboring hotel is under construction getting updates as well. beautiful hot tub & heated pool, clean rooms, comfortable beds, love the shower other than it only has one piece of glass and the floor gets soaked each time and uses all your towels to dry it up. Love that McDonalds, CVS, Winn Dixie, Dunkin all within walking distance, clean, safe area!

Rooms are tight & noticeably old. Our bathroom door wouldn’t close properly without being slammed into. The gym on the premises was kept at 75 degrees, meaning you got hot before even starting to workout - it was hotter than the lobby area. AC works great at least. Staff was friendly & helpful.
