It was very noisy. There's a door that goes to another room next to ours and there's like a 1-in gap beneath it and you could hear the people next door very loudly secondly there was construction occurring outside and you could hear that all week long. The staff is pretty friendly. In the area directly surrounding it it was kind of quiet and dull but if you walked North you would be by Lauderdale by the Sea and that was a pretty cool area otherwise everything else is far away.

The property was under construction. I was put in a room that was dirty, moldy unclean and that had a note on the air conditioner that stated not to turn it off. I had to pay additional money to upgrade to a renovated room. No apology for attempting to put me in a room that felt dirty and unsafe.

Not worth the price
Check in was actually very nice and pool and beach right there also very nice, but that’s it. Over over priced for sure. And far from any action. Run down rooms. Not the cleaness. At that price I would expect at least a bottle of water. Nothing. We actually needed to leave a day early because I could not stop coughing while in the room and I did not want to spent another night of coughing instead of sleeping. The front desk did not really seem concerned that I was checking out earlier due to that reason, no empathy at all. I left my info for a manager to call me to discuss maybe a compensation but no one called.

Bed was comfortable. Wallls are thin could hear conversation from both rooms. Pool and hot tub were great clean. No coffee in lobby and paid double gratuity in restaurant because they automatically put on check for only one person. Staff was pleasant.
