I had not used La Quinta in about 15 years after a string of bad experiences. Such a wonderful staff at this property. I arrived to find 4 others also checking in but Natalie (sp) was efficient, smiling, acknowledging everyone, so welcoming. She represents what customer service should be .... She is a jewel! She was not the exception to the rule for this La Quinta because the gentle lady at the desk the next morning was equally personable and efficient . I believe her name was Teneisha ... Apologies if misspelled. Housekeeping staff very friendly Maintenance staff very friendly An all in all excellent experience on a last minute booking This property deserves special acknowledgement Thank you to all
