Never got room housekeeping service as stayed two days and tub was dangerous as the tub membrane was filled with water underneath leading to un stable standing for shower. Sand got into beds from not having swept from normal housekeeping . Run down facilities as pictures showed a false look to hotel . I said good morning to staff many times no response . Tv was not working however manager was helpful to fix.

The checkin experience was terrible. It took 3 hours! The clerk on duty at the time was rude. After that it was fine, the other staff we encountered while there were really terrific especially the manager.
