We arrived at the Hotel early around 10:30 am because returning from a Cruise. Our check in time was 3pm. So of course we didn’t expect to be checked in at that time. I booked 2 rooms. It was 2 disabled seniors in my party so it would have been nice if we could have been accommodated sooner. We kept being told no rooms were ready but as I was sitting in the lobby I would over hear them tell other early customers they could get in the room for a $20 plus tax fee which they accepted and received a room. This was NEVER offered to us. When we did get our 2 rooms at three even though we had a pre check in we had to go thru the process all over again. The rooms were very nice and spacious. The only disappointing things about the room is that the floor was dirty. I had on white socks and from my bed to the bathroom they got black and there was no ventilation in the bathroom so upon taking a shower the floor was moist and slippery so we had to use towels to get up the condensation.

You have to pay for parking with daily rate of $12. You also have to pay a "resort" fee of $10 per day. Im not sure what this resort fee covers, especially since they don't seevice your room unless you request it, which im sure there is an additional cost for thst too. I had to hunt down a cleaning lady just to get clran towels. Bathroom had no exhaust, so everything was wet with condensation after every shower.

The staff were very friendly. Our flight didn’t leave till the evening and we were allowed to leave our luggage at the desk and also use the hotel amenities after checkout. The room was nice and comfortable. Only downside is not much to do in the area other than walk a few blocks to the beach or go to McDonald’s and NYC bagels.

The bed sheets were stained and dirty hair on the floor it was passed 11pm and took an hour to get a new room I had kids with me an a 2 year old an had a plane to catch back to Vegas in the morning on top of that the guy at the front desk gave me attitude an tried to me charge me for an upgrade
