Subject: Request for Refund of $50 Deposit and Clarification of Additional Charges

I hope this message finds you well.
I checked into your hotel around 10:30 PM and stayed until the next morning, checking out around 10:30 AM. At check-in, I was informed that a $50 deposit would be charged and refunded after checkout, along with an additional $10 “fee” and $12 for the bar.
The front desk agent was helpful and polite, but I was not clearly informed why these extra charges were applied or how they were calculated. I only stayed for one night, and I did not use any minibar or extra services other than sleeping in the room.
Up to now, I have not received the $50 deposit refund, and I would appreciate it if you could clarify the full breakdown of the charges and when I should expect the refund to be processed.
I kindly request that the $50 deposit be refunded as soon as possible, and I suggest that all fees and charges be clearly communicated during the booking or check-in process to avoid confusion.
