The fridge didn’t work at all. The tub in the bathroom was filthy and dirty dirty. It just wasn’t what I expected. Someone from the hotel front desk ate my uber eats order. Just a bad experience

The staff was very courteous and the room quite nice. Clean and comfortable bed. As hotel breakfasts go, this one is good. Hot waffles, eggs, sausage and eggs. Fruit, breads and cereals. Free airport transport. Good gig!

The room was very clean. However, it had a very stale and unusual odor to the room. We had to keep spraying perfume and cologne every time we walked into the room because of how bad it smelled. Also, the water temperature didn’t get very hot.

Room could have been cleaner. There was a bobby pin laying on the floor right in front of the door when we walked in. Long hairs on the bathroom floor and sink. Water pressure in sink and shower was very low.

Upgraded our room without asking. We arrived from a cruise ship way early and they allowed us to check in as soon as our room was ready. Nice quiet room. Good breakfast. Free airport shuttle right on time. But one of the reasons we booked this hotel was because they showed an "hot tub" which they had but it was not functioning. Disappointing.
