Everything was great except the tubs in both rooms we got. I hope they eventually fix it because they looked worn out and not cleaned properly. The breakfast was great and the rooms were spacious and neat.

The door is not completely closed. My room is closed to the stair. They didn't tell us that the airport shuttle limit space and first come first serve until it happens. Bad communication even we asked a day before that do we need to reservation or register for the shuttle. They said no. Just show up 10 mins before the time.

After checking in they offered coffee but both machines were cold. When I went back the machines were empty. Then in the morning it was strong and bitter it wasn't with the wait. No wonder the staff go to the Dunkin Donuts next door. The fridge inn our room stunk, couldn't use it. The air conditioner was either all on or nothing. You either froze or got hot. Nothing in-between. There was no way to have continuous coolness. In the dining room the ceiling air conditioner was dripping onto our heads we had to move our table.

The hotel staff were terrible. Upon checking in they were not capable of handling the check in / check out customers. There was a lot of confusion. When we finally checked in and went to sign the receipt we noticed the name on the receipt/room was not our name. We immediately informed the clerk who said I am sorry I charged your credit card to someone else room, but I will post a credit immediately. She then proceeded to charge us for our room. Five days later we noticed our Amex had 2 hotel room charges and she never processed the credit for the wrong room. My husband called the hotel who stated that they need to verify the situation with the clerk. Of course we haven’t heard from the hotel so now we are disputing with Amex.
