Room was spotless and contemporary. Great location. 5 min. walk to a really nice mall with restaurants. Great value mid ranged price but felt much more upscale. One thing that made it special is we’d just got off the cruise ship at 7:30 in the morning We arrived at the hotel at around 8:30 am. Check in isn’t until 4:00 but they had a room available and let us check in early. The girl at the front desk was wonderful. That made a huge difference in how our day went. If I was to go back to Ft. Lauderdale I would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel staff were awesome! The guest services rep was friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. She ensured my in-laws had access to an accessible room, even though we didn’t request it in advance. The bar staff was also pleasant and efficient. The bar had a lively vibe at night. The location is really what makes this place great. This is the second time we’ve stayed in Dania Point prior to a cruise and it does not disappoint. Very nice area with restaurants, shops a comedy club and bowling alley. If you get a ride share, like uber, the hotel is about 15 min from the airport and 15 min from the port. If you do use the hotel shuttle from the airport make sure to ask abt the shuttle arrival time. Between waiting for the shuttle to arrive (45 min), stops at other terminals (15 min) and traffic it took about 75 min to get from the airport to the hotel.

The hotel is very beautiful and in a very convenient, central location. However, the service at the front desk was terrible. A young man at reception was extremely rude—not only to our party but to other guests as well. We had the chance to speak with other people who were also very upset because of the same employee. It’s a shame that such a nice place has such poorly mannered staff. There was no room service provided on any day of our stay. In addition, the parking was extremely expensive—almost the same cost as one night at the hotel.

We came back to stay over night after cruise. They kept our luggage for us while we were waiting for room. Got our room early. Very clean and quiet. Shuttle picked us up the next morning to take us to airport. Nice walking area to kill time.

The room was really clean! Great job cleaning staff. As for the rest, save your money..definitely not worth it. Service was extremely slow...

Eventhough the hotel was in a good location and staff had good customer service, we had issues with booking error. Our room wasn't ready for an early check-in (which we knew already) so we did an excursion. We got a call that is was ready and within 20 minutes our room was given away. It took a while to resolve and staff did try to compensate by offering food vouchers but we had already eaten. Also, it would have been nice to have coffee available for those having to take an early flight.
