The room was really nice and clean. The lobby was great for relaxing and breakfast was really good. The staff at the check in desk were very professional and friendly and accommodating. Only suggestion would be to have half and half for coffee drinkers who do not prefer flavored coffee.

Yes. Staff was friendly and was able to get us in our room 2 hours before check in as we were off a cruise ship and arrived to the hotel pretty early. Had an area for us to store our luggage while we went to lunch.

I booked a suite. On arrival I was given a stand double bed room. Receptionist was rude and blatantly told me it happens all the time. It was Expedia’s fault that they overbooked. They literally destroyed all my birthday plans.! Never going back!
