Usually there is complimentary breakfast, but we were charged. I wish I had known that in the beginning also, the bathroom was smelly and not clean the sheets look rumpled. I was there after 10 Hour Dr. so just dropped to sleep, but it was unacceptable I will not be staying in Hyatt anymore

The room was comfortable and clean. Some reception staff were not particularly friendly. Breakfast was like a cafeteria. It was hard to find a table. Even though there wasn’t any tea making facilities in the room, at least there was a microwave so that I could heat up water to make a cup of tea. Not everyone drinks coffee. Conveniently close to the airport.

Do not by any means get a room on the west side of the building. The noise from the interstate is terrible and last all night long. The only way to drown it out is run the ac on full blast, which isn’t possible because there is no comforter on the bed and the blankets are flimsy at best, so your choices are freeze to death or listen to the drone of trucks passing by. Terrible nights sleep. The room itself is great, roomy, clean, modern and comfortable.

Short walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Felt very safe as a solo traveler. Round trip to and from the airport and sea port was great and very professional. Was very quiet and comfortable, I slept like a baby. The only thing is something I see happen all the time but only from the male employees. Please don't say out loud anyone's room number. Simply make sure I see the room number cause you never know who is listening. This time no one else was in the lobby but at other places, I've requested a different room for my safety.
