They say they have breakfast. They don’t. They put out oranges, coffee, yogurt and not much else. What happened to you Laquita??? Pitiful compared to many over times I stayed at Laquintas

This property as potential, I said 2 night and it was the worst ! My bathtub was so nasty I had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean it since I have a toddler. My husband went downstairs to tell the front desk about the issue they said to let a house keeping know so they can clean it. My husband found a person on the 5th floor and he asked her if she can clean the bathroom tub for us. Her responds was NO !! then he went down to the 3rd floor and found another house keeping and she also said NO. My husband after when down stairs and told the front desk about there responds and they said ill put and email in for them to get it done. That was out first night, we didnt come back till 2am and the bathroom was still not cleaned. We went to the front desk at 2am because our room keys stopped working. The next day I went down stairs to the front desk to talk to the manager. I spoke to him about the restroom problem as well as how we got told No two times. He didnt apologize at all didnt seem to care about my issue with the bathroom. I didnt get to aggressive because all I wanted done was my tub to be clean so my family can shower. He promised someone up there in 30min and no one ever showed up! I ran into him in the elevator with my cleaning supplies not once did he ask of they showed up or anything he was on his phone minding his own business!! It was the worst experience ever! I would like corp or someone is the higher up to reach out to me ! because this is not ok!!

The beds desperately needs to change, the mattress were sunken and worn out. Had to request a room change because the beds were terrible worn out. This hotel use to be my first choice, but now I will have to look at some other hotel options

The staff at this location are amazing. Everyone from fromt desk, airport shuttle driver to maintenance was very professional, warm, and welcoming. The hotel is dated and needs updating. They do allow pets, which can be a problem. There was a room next to mine (207) that had dogs that were loud most of the evening and morning. They barked everytime a door slammed or people were talking in the hallway. The lady with the dogs kept yelling at them which didnt help. I wish they didnt allow pets for this reason or had a pet only floor. Will stay here again but request a room far away from any creatures. Im from Missouri and travel alot. The staff at this location alone are why I would come back. 5 star attitudes here and i wish I vould take them with me.
