Great beach

Awesome location for Hollywood beach access. The coffee/ cafe across the alley had amazing breakfast! The hotel had a roof top restaurant which was convenient. Parking was confusing.

Honestly, the beds are like marshmallows and walls paper thin. You could here every conversation on both sides of you and they are speaking at a normal tone. Late at night its hard to sleep with this going on.

Nice room. We didn't realize we would need to supply cups for water or coffee. Nice location to the beach. Staff was very helpful. The thought that this is a resort may be a reach.

We just returned from five days with teenagers. We had the three bedroom suite and it was good. Not a lot of kitchen amenities but we ate out mostly. Walls are thin in the apartment rooms. Towel service good and bikes fun and on the beach service ok but should have one chair per person not two chairs per room. $20 USD per chair is a lot extra when you have 5 people every day. LOTS of kids stay here so not relaxing if you are hoping for a quiet getaway. Rooftop pool area beautiful but wish pool open later than 8. Lots of restaurants and coffee not far away. Boardwalk beautiful and safe to walk morning noon and night. Overall very nice.

We got there about 30 min early so the lady at the front desk started our check in and told us to come back at 4pm so they could give us a room and activate our room key. We walked around the area for a while and came back to be told the room still wasn’t ready. 37 minutes later they call us and tell us our room is ready and to come back but we were actually sitting on their green cinch the entire time waiting. Once we get into the room and take our shoes off you could feel the sand on the floor. There was sand on the couch. Then we pull back the sheets and there was a streak of dry blood and a blood clot on the sheets! So we we waited 37 min for them to “clean” our room only to find it dirty when we got in there! Completely unacceptable. We will not ever be returning.

This property is not only close to the beach, it is really nice itself. There is a huge pool on the roof a bar up there. The towel service is included for both the pool and the beach. You also get 1 beach chair per person, which was great. This is very walkable to the broadwalk. Yes, it's broadwalk, not boardwalk... We plan on returning next year.

I wouldn’t call this a resort at all - it’s more condominium style and geared towards residents. Right from the start, they have you check in separately if you booked anywhere outside of them, and that immediately set the pace for how you would be treated going forward. Parking situation - awful. It’s valet or nothing. Valet was rude every single interaction we had with them. Upon check in we were told we could call down to call ahead and have the car waiting. There is a “valet” button on your phone in your room. The first time we did it - great! As soon as we walked down our car was waiting. The second time - we waited a couple of minutes and I had a gut feeling the car wasn’t being grabbed so we went over with our ticket, the valet attendant told us they don’t have a phone and don’t waste our time calling down to the front desk because they don’t tell them. Every time this same valet person (who seemed to be higher up as well) was working, was the only time we had issues with valet. At times, it truly would have been easier to park at a garage down the road that is much cheaper, and we could have walked to our car faster than it was grabbed from valet. Valet was our biggest complaint/interaction, although we had bad interactions with the front desk and the seventh floor hosts as well. It’s a great location, and walking distance from so much. However, next time I return I would book an actual resort like Margaritavile or a boutique hotel.
