The room itself was perfect—very clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet considering how busy the area is. I slept great, and the shower was excellent. There were also some thoughtful little touches that weren’t necessary but were appreciated (like big coffee cups!). The location couldn’t be better. I was in 107 which was labeled as a twin studio but was a full size bed. Bed was comfortable, temperature good, ver clean, older place. Excellent terrace. That’s where I spent my time in addition to beach & boardwalk. Has beach chairs, towels & boogie boards. Could hear things at night but you’re on the boardwalk so I expected that & it didn’t bother me. Great for price.

Only 2 rooms have an ocean view but their is a shared balcony area where everyone can enjoy the beautiful beach view. There is a locked gate at the main entrance which is great for safety. Do not bring big bags as you must walk up an inclined narrow staircase. The room was super clean, the beds were comfortable and the water was hot, overall wonderful. If you are planning on cooking there is not much in the kitchen but who cooks with so many good restaurants.
