The hotel is very good and pleasant directly on the beach. But the staff are terrible. Nobody care about you They are explaining nothing!! Yoo need to ask if you want to know. Even they didn’t tell us that the parking was not included in the room. The breakfast is shared with public so they privileged good tables the person paying full prices. We took our in the sun because the tables under umbrellas or in patio are “reserved “ Terrible

We stay in Hollywood Beach a couple of times a year, and after 30 years and a dozen hotels, this is our current favorite on the Broadwalk. She isn’t the youngest or fanciest girl on the beach, but she is the nicest and most consistent. Everyone there goes out of the way to make you welcome. We have had the best corner room with a view of the ocean and the worst room with a view of the kitchen vents (50% less) but slept comfortably either way.

The entire staff was very friendly. Starting with Sharron at the front desk who checked us in. She was very welcoming. The Tiki bar was right outside the hotel. They offered drinks all day and good breakfast and lunch options to enjoy by the pool. They keep the pool clean as well as the deck. I watched them work hard to clean the pool and deck at night.

Wonderful hotel…wish they could have cleaned all the seaweed out of the water. The hotel is so convenient and everyone was so nice. We are at Latitudes several times and it was outstanding.
