Where do i even start i have never written a review but have the need to do this for this establishment it was the closest thing i have ever been to feeling like i was in a shelter the costumer service horrible from get go day one they send an email saying for 20 you can chevk in early wich to me was a blessing since landed early and was tired was turned around imediateli and tol we have nothing for you… returned at 4pm 30 min line to get same horrible service this time from a gentleman i eas hearing him taking care of other costumers pointing out pools parking where breakfast etc at my turn crikets mind you theres a deposit service fees and parking charges total 217.00 dollars no wonder it was so cheap the room jesusss broken blinds where people can posibly look into your room so i was paranoid the whole time dirty walls toilet seat stained pillow cases stained a really ugly room was out here for a concert later that night even paying for parking good luck finding one was told to hop a sidewalk and park in some grass just horrible if you like to sleep in good luck with that 7 am the room is as bright as standing outside specially with broken blinds and no courtains at all if you get hungry let night also good luck the have a store in the front desk that i could not buy anything from because there was “no system” water vending machine empty yo sum it all up it was “HORRIBLE” might as well pay a little extra at a motel then this shelter looking place :( att; irate costumer

The room was clean with plenty fresh towels plus good breakfast as well. The only 2 downsides are: (1)Took too long to check in, about 30min. 3 front desk workers were cooking 5 people for about 30 min to check them in 2) Unfortunately in the bathroom there’s no any holders available for the soap, shampoo and so. Overal clean place with great price in good location Thank you
