Great hotel, I would have given 5 Stars, but the hotel failed to disclose the $15 valet parking charge. Otherwise, all very good !!!!!

This hotel advertised amenities that were not available. The rooms furnishing was sparse, bed, tv and shelves. No table with chair, no ice bucket, few towels and had no design. Kind of like a jail cell.

Room was clean and adequate for a 2 night pre cruise stay. Breakfast was good. We ordered the shuttle to Port Everglades and were very disappointed in this service. Shuttle was disorganized, drivers and hotel were confused with arrangements, and buses took a long time to load. What should have been a 15 minute drive to port ended up taking 1 1/2 hours to finally dropping us at Princess Terminal. Next time we'd take an Uber.

The breakfast was excellent! There are not a lot of dining options nearby, but the hotel had a good selection of snacks and microwaveable meals, which I thought was very helpful if one didn't have the time or money to get to a restaurant. The complimentary airport shuttle was of course, very helpful, as well. And they provided a cruise terminal shuttle for a fair rate.

The airport shuttle transportation doesn't seem to work very well with this hotel. I may have been confused but it was difficult....The staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast is okay. It was cold and rainy and I really wanted a hot shower but the water heater seems to be regulated so the shower was just warm. I didn't like that.
