Very comfortable basis room,- that’s what we paid for; bed was comfortable and had plenty of space for our 4 suitcases, breakfast was acceptable, not a huge choice but enough. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The free shuttle from the airport was efficient and easy to find. Would definitely stay again.

The location is perfect from the airport to the cruise port. The young lady that checked us in on the morning of 9/13, was a GEM! I feel terrible I didn’t catch her name but she was so nice and deserves every accolade for why we would return, in addition to the cleanliness and accommodations of the hotel. We will definitely return :)

My connecting flight left without me while I was stuck in immigration, but the silver lining was getting to spend a pleasant night at Tru by Hilton. From the start, the reservation process was simple, and the airport shuttle was incredibly convenient. Check-in was seamless, and the front desk staff were wonderful. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and my wake-up call came right on time—just what I needed to get back to the airport. Thank you, Tru Hilton, for turning a frustrating situation into a positive experience.
