It was convenient to have transportation to the hotel from the airport and they offered us a shuttle transportation to the cruise ship. Breakfast was available and the room was very pleasant.

Room was average at best. We had only 1 cup and 1 bathcloth for two people. Breakfast was $12 per person and it was the same as in many cheaper hotels including being served on styrofoam plates with plastic utensils. A/C was terrible, the room was either too hot or too cold every 30 minutes. We were thoroughly disappointed. Also, because we booked through Expedia, we were denied our loyalty points.

Details matter. I had just spent 9 nights in a less than ideal setting in the Keys, with no bathtub. I had driven all day and arrived at the Wyndham with such hope of a hot bath and refreshments in the bar. The bar was packed, the wait was almost an hour for food, and the poor woman trying to run the show all on her own had a great attitude, but only two arms and two feet. We passed on having our dinner. Then we go up to our room, turned on the insanely loud DeHaviland Twin Otter air conditioner, and discovered that the bathtub drain stopper was inoperable. For a room that cost a quarter of a grand a night, in a sleazy area, that was unbearable. Sorry, no five stars for that alone. Oh, and one coffee packet for two guests. Lovely.
