The complimentary shuttle was nice-- but the driver complained about his job while doing it and we waited 35 min. for him to show up. Some of the other properties had 3 bands come by while we waited for ours.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. There is some challenges with the free airport shuttle. There are virtually no instructions. When we called, we were transferred to their transportation manager who was curt and rude. You must exit the airport on the ground floor and look for pickup area E. Once there everything went smoothly.

We liked our stay with one big exception. The shorter of the two ladies working at the breakfast bar asked me if I paid down there, pointing to the end of the buffet area. I said no. She asked where did you pay. I said right there, pointing to the register next to me at the front of the buffet. She continued to stare at me, which I took accusingly. I told her I did not steal my breakfast, then she walked away. I was offended.

The area seems to be safe, but I don’t know that for sure. The rooms are nice, clean and large. The beds are comfy. The outdoor pool area looks great.

Overall a nice property, but showing it's age and needs upgrades (carpeting, etc.). The elevator was working sometimes, not other times. They had mechanics come in twice while I was there, and it worked for a few hours then stopped again. I was on the third floor. On the third day I asked to be moved to the first floor. The manager was irritated and insisted there was nothing wrong with the elevator. I showed her it wasn't working. She grudgingly found me a first floor room. I have an injured left arm I cannot use. I asked for someone to carry my luggage down the two flights of stairs. After waiting 25 minutes I gave up and managed to drag them down the stairs myself.

the a/c in our room and a bad part the making a awful grinding noise all time it was on. we went to bed and turned the ac on at 1030. realized the ac had issue, but to late to get it fix, we had a early flight next morning. turned ac off. it was a uncomfortable night with no a/c. reported to front counter about our issue the the a/c and asked for discount off room. the hotel staff sated they could not give discount off the room charge. told us to contact hotel management staff via email. very unsatisfied with treatment and will never use the this hotel chain again
