Our stay here was good, my kids used the exercise room ( some machines wouldnt turn on), breakfast was good. Small eating area. Rooms were cleaned.

Comfortable place to stay

Check-in was easy, cleanliness was noted, and staff were friendly. Rooms were quiet, beds were comfortable. Breakfast options were minimal but well stocked. Would recommend this hotel to anybody coming into the Edmonton area and needing a place to stay.

Find a different hotel

Upon room inspection. We left in 15 mins. The hall smelled of urine. The mattress was filthy. There was evidence the door had been pry opened at some piont. There was a old blood stain on the headboard. There was arguing down the hallway. We left and asked for a refund. Still havent recieved. I was charged more on my cc than what was offered online through this website. Shady . Apparently goverment issue their clients to stay here safety is a concern for the general public.

Looking for a DISGUSTING place to stay!?

I went for a family trip expecting a normal stay, I ended up with a nightmare! The room was a ghoulish scare. Starting from the flickering hallway lights to no water pressure in the shower or even the sink! The furniture was chipped, and scratched. The floor was sticky, and it was a non smoking hotel but people were smoking outside even though there were signs stating “non smoking area”. To be honest I can’t blame people for smoking as there was a standing ash tray outside with the no smoking sign beside it! We went for the water slide for my child and the slide was broken for who knows how long. And the pool and hot tub were just disgusting. It smelled and the hot tub felt like the bath tub in your room would be safer. I will say the trip got a little better after asking for a new room only issue was the door handle would not click in once you opened the door so no one could lock the door unless you stuck the key card in the locking mechanism to un click the door handle. The air conditioner was too loud in the new room because it didn’t work so it wouldn’t actually cool the room. Thank you goes out to the maintenance guy who actually changed the whole unit I left him a tip as he actually did us a service. The front desk was short and curt. The complimentary breakfast would allow people off the street to come in stack their bags with food then leave without a question. The hotel overall was humid from the pool area and the whole stay was a huge disappointment.

As soon as I checked in, I noticed a damp smell in the room. There was a clump of dog hair stuck to the air conditioner, and I also found trash and dust under the bed. The blanket had a blue stain on it. The door handle didn’t work properly—it was thankfully fixed by the housekeeper, but I still felt very uneasy knowing it could fail again at any moment.
