we Parked in a spot within the Parkade that was designated for Hotel patrons only ( 2 spots available) when we told the reception our license plate number as well as where we were parked, they did not know what we were talking about, they had no knowledge of these stalls, and told us we had to go to the machine to pay, as there was no parking available anymore for hotel guests

The room was excellent. The front desk staff were friendly. The entire hotel was very clean. Enjoyed the pedway access to Rogers Place. Unfortuately the check in line was very long with hundreds of people trying to check in at the same time due to a conference held at the hotel. More staff available to check in or a separate line for the conference would have been appreciated.
