Our room was very cold. It wasn’t properly cleaned. Dirty washroom floor and a bandaid on the door. And noise insulation was very poor. You could hear noise from hallway and adjacent rooms very clearly.

Pros: Staff was super friendly. Price was very good. Check-in/out was easy. Cons: The entire building smells like smoke. It's supposed to be non-smoking, but I thought I was in a bar. The room was clean enough, but it definitely needs an upgrade. The tub was probably clean, but it's stained yellow so it's off-putting. I was only there for a night - last minute booking. If I was in a crunch and needed somewhere to just crash for a night, it would be fine, but I wouldn't suggest it for a romantic getaway or extended stay.

Our sheets on one bed were dirty. There was multiple pieces of hair on one of our towels. I could feel bed springs under the crappy mattress pad. The room heater was so loud I barely slept but had to have it on because the old windows don’t seal and it was so cold. The “continental breakfast” was pathetic, toast/stale cereal/yogurt/hard boiled eggs. Broken elevator too. 0/10 for overall stay.
