We liked that it was in the mall. Vallet service was so helpful. Didnt have to worry about parking the car. There app was really helpful for finding information about the mall and the hotel.

Clean and comfortable.
The room was slightly small due to the bed add ons in the Polynesian room. Not sure I would choose this room again for that reason. Neat for kids just made it a bit difficult to walk around with more than 2 people. Room service for breakfast was great. And came quick and correct. The cleaners were pleasant and helpful as well. The elevators were a disaster. 4 of them total and 2 werent working most times. A teenager got stuck in one and they took a long time to come. Would use the stairs when we could, but they arent easily accessible from all floors so was frustrating at times.
