Check in- debit machine wasn't working but they didn't tell me until after all my cards got rejected multiple times and I had to take out cash twice and pay a bigger room deposit. When I asked she said yah the last woman , her cards wouldn't work either. Plus tv and internet wouldn't work in room

-No freezer in the fridge in our room. -Pool entrance in front of lobby so you drop all over everyone -No water jugs to fill up water bottles so bring change for vending machines or pack water. -No fire stick/Roku/HDMI hook up in the living room, only in the bedroom -Livingroom guest bed would not suffice for adults. Thin mattress with dip in middle. -Can’t control living room temp. The heater/fan is in the bedroom -Hot tub is small, warm and built on hard concrete. -Yelling drunk lady on arrival and questionable characters thereafter. (But we reported her and she was removed and staff apologized so that’s nice) -Good breakfast !

The bed was very comfortable, but it only had a sheet and a tiny blanket on it and there was no other blanket to be found in the room.So we were very cold. The shower had no water pressure and it was lukewarm. When you flush the toilet, the bathtub gurgled up, and it smelled like sewage in the bathroom. The air conditioner and heater kept chirping like a bird when you turned it on.
