Staff were quite loud in the hallways and often not on the same page at front counter. Waited 3 days for a repair in our room because they kept saying they didn’t know about it. Travelled with a service dog but staff got mad about them being present on our floor..

The staff is lovely. Some improvement in their "green" efforts could include putting soaps/shampoo and conditioner in squeeze bottles so no little plastic bottles. Also decanters of things like syrop at breakfast. Breakfast was good and service was great.
